We provide high quality person-centered support and care to the people living with disability, elderly in their homes. Our mission is to provide a quality and professional service through innovation, diversity and respect. We have flexible day, night and weekend shifts available. All positions are casual leading to permanency for the right candidates.
About the Role
You’ll ensure optimal comfort for our clients by assisting with activities of daily living and other care as determined by the needs of our clients, and this may include;
- Supporting clients with complex and/or challenging needs
- Personal care: showering, dressing, grooming and medication assistance
- Domestic assistance: light housework (cleaning, laundry and meal preparation)
- Supporting clients who use personal equipment /aid, this may include walking or standing frames, wheelchairs, hoists
- Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress
- Social Activities: Transporting clients to their appointments, shopping, any planned social activity
Requirements
- Certificate III in Health Services Assistance, disabilities or similar
- Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Police Check
- First Aid certificate, or willingness to obtain before employment
- CPR certificate, or willingness to obtain before employment
- Rights to Work in Australia
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
